Avens developed the Public Engagement Readiness Assessment (PERA) tool through its strategic alliance with Emerge Solutions Inc.

The PERA is designed to:

• assess the current state of your project including available resources
• consider the potential impact of your project on the organization, public and community
• rationalize whether or not there is a role for engagement and, if so, what level of engagement would make the most sense
• identify key considerations to support next steps
